Itzik Mizrahi is a street photographer, traveler, and co-founder of DAIZ. Under the name Plofiz he has photographed Paris for 25 years, drawn to the neighborhoods, markets, and family-run restaurants most visitors walk past. That habit of looking closely is what DAIZ is built on: itineraries grounded in how a city actually works rather than how it markets itself. When he is not in Paris, he is testing DAIZ itineraries somewhere else in Europe.
